Getting Your FirePay Account:

Option One - Casino Software

1. Connect and login to Silver Dollar Casino.
   
2. Click the "Cashier" button.
   
3. Select "Purchase".
   
4. Select Open FirePay & Fund.
   
5. You are now taken to the FirePay website.
   
6. Enter the requested information in the 'Sign Up Now' section.
   
7. Click on "Sign Up". The next page informs you that you are now signed up and will receive an email confirmation.
   
8. Open your email from FirePay. There you will find a link that takes you to the FirePay site where you can find your temporary password.
   
9. Click on "Log In", and follow the directions at the FirePay site to create your account.
   

Option Two - Web Site

1. Click here https://eh.virtualexchange.com/ecxc/ to go to Virtual Exchange.
   
2. Enter your Silver Dollar Casino Account Number and Password.
   
3. Click Login. You are now taken to the Virtual Exchange website.
   
4. Select "Other Purchase". A new page opens.
   
5. Scroll down the page until you reach the FirePay section.
   
6. Click where it says "Click Here". You'll be sent to the FirePay website to sign up for an account.
   
7. Follow the steps in Option One above, from #6 on.
   

Registering Your FirePay Account At Silver Dollar Casino

When you signed up for a FirePay account, you were provided with a 16 digit FirePay Account number and an expiry date. Keep this information as you will need it to complete the following instructions to register your FirePay Account with Silver Dollar Casino

1. Login and Connect to Silver Dollar Casino.
2. Click On "Cashier"
3. Select "Register Credit Card"
4. Complete the first page of this form by entering your information into all of the fields.
   
   - In the Credit Card Type section, select FirePay.
   
   
5. Click "Next Page".

   Points To Remember:

   • When you're asked for the "Card Number" enter your FirePay Account number.
   • Same for 'Expiry Month' and "Expiry Year" - enter the expiry date provided to you from FirePay.
   • The e-mail address that you provided when you registered with Silver Dollar Casino MUST match the one that FirePay has on file.
     
     
7. Click Save

Purchasing With Your FirePay Account

Follow the steps below to purchase casino credits:

1. Login and connect to Silver Dollar Casino.
2. Click on the "Cashier" button.
3. Click "Purchase".
4. Select the "Credit Card/FirePay" button.
5. Select the registered FirePay account or credit card to apply the purchase against.
6. Choose the required amount.

Cash-Ins

Silver Dollar Casino will only refund your cash-in back to your FirePay account up to the original amount purchased. All other amounts will be sent to you by bank draft/check (see Checks, Bank Drafts and Money Orders for cash-in details).

If you purchased with FirePay, there is a six-day waiting period before the Casino can refund to your FirePay account.
