Getting PrePaidATM Set Up

Setting up via the casino

1. Log into the casino and click on the "Cashier" button.
2. Click on the "Purchase" button.
3. The screen shows several options. Click on the PrePaidATM button.
4. The next screen shows various amounts. Click on the appropriate dollar amount; or type in the box labeled OTHER AMOUNT, and click on the button next to that box.
5. The next screen asks you to confirm this purchase.
   
   -If it is correct, click Yes, Submit.
   -If it is not correct, click Back, and redo the amount.
   
   
6. You are now taken to the PrePaid ATM website. An "Account Login" window appears. IF YOU ARE A NEW USER and don't have a PrePaidATM account, click on the "Sign Up" button.
7. A "Sign Up" window opens. Click on the button labeled "Cardholder Signup Here".
8. Fill in the Cardholder Registration form with your address, email address and social security number.
   
   
9. If you already have an unregistered PrePaidATM Card, enter the number where indicated, otherwise leave that section blank and a new card number will be generated for you. Click on "Next".
   
   The next page asks your date of birth, mother's maiden name and two simple security questions (set by you). Fill it in and click on "Next".
   
   
10. You are asked to verify that the information is correct. If it is, click on "Next".
11. The next page asks you to create a 6 to 8-digit security code and a 4-digit PIN code. Click on "Next".
12. This window confirms your new PrePaidATM Account number. Print this page. Now click on "Login".
13. The final screen gives you your new account number and an opportunity to log-in to your account. To log-in, simply enter your account number and Security Code.
    You are now at PrePaidATM Account Services.
14. To activate the account, you must first fund the account by clicking on the "Funding center" link at the top of the page. Then follow the instructions according to the chosen deposit method.
15. To transfer funds to the casino, click on the "Transfer Center" button, and enter the amount to be transferred to the casino's merchant account.
16. Funds are transferred immediately.

6. A web page opens up, and an "Account Login" window appears. Enter your account number and Security Code. Click on "Login".
7. A page appears which has your date of birth on it. It confirms that you have entered PrePaidATM's site.
   
   -Verify the amount of the transaction
   -The casino's account code is displayed
   -Make sure the box is checked that says receiver pays the fees
   -Enter your 4-digit pin code and submit form
   
   
8. After your transaction is completed, return to the casino.

Cash-Ins

Your cash-in request will be treated in the following manner:

If you've previously purchased casino credits by credit card then your cash-in will be applied to your credit card first - up to your original credit card purchase amounts.

If the amount to be refunded exceeds original credit card purchase amounts the remainder will be refunded to your PrePaidATM account.

The minimum withdrawal is $20.00 (or your remaining balance if it is under $20.00).
